Sound Healing Basics

I have a question for you. We are accustomed to healing ourselves at the physical level - for example, if we have a headache, we take a pill. But how can we approach it at the vibrational level?
Well, it is very intuitive to understand and yet hard to believe.
Our body, with its physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects, can be compared to a musical instrument. Like any instrument, it can sometimes fall out of tune. Sound healing, using specific frequencies, can retune our body back to its original frequency.
Our body is made up of around 40 billion cells that constantly transmit information, allowing different parts of our body (such as organs, endocrine system, blood system, etc.) to work synchronously. All this information is organized and flows according to an original "plan," enabling each part of our body to function harmoniously, knowing its role. However, certain obstacles can disrupt the smooth flow of information, such as physical injuries, emotional trauma, limiting beliefs, or self-pitying thoughts. To liberate ourselves from these obstacles, we need movement. Vibrations, such as sound, can initiate movement through sound waves. Imagine your body as a towel, and emotional blockages as sand stuck in the fabric. To free the towel from the sand, you would grasp it from the side and start shaking it. The towel would move in the shape of a wave, creating oscillations, similar to sound waves. This is actually a metaphor for the process occurring with sound healing.
The principle of resonance
Resonance is the ability of a vibration to trigger through its waves a similar vibration in another body. It occurs when 2 (or more) bodies have similar or identical vibrational frequencies. This is how when you play a singing bowl, the other singing bowls will also "sing" even if you had not play them, because the bowls are of similar frequencies, they are all tuned in the same frequencies harmonics. It is also called Sympathetic Resonance. The same resonance principle occurs when we feel we right away like (or dislike) a person we just met.
As it is easier to understand by seeing it, here is a short experiment video:
Forced Resonance occurs when the two energy systems have different frequencies, the strongest vibration is transmitted to the other body by force, for the better or for the worst. The same forced resonance principle occurs with social pressure, when the force of a group, the strongest vibration, is transmitted to the individual. However, even as an individual, if we do the work on ourselves properly, we can preserve our dynamic, strong and resonant vibration and react only to what we want. When two or more vibrational realities come into synchronisation, either sympathetically or forcefully, entrainment occurs. We often talk about "the entrainment law" for instance with the metronome experiment (see the video).
Each sound, each frequency is resonating with a specific part of our body. Each part of our physical body is linked to an emotional aspect. Everything is connected between the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual layers. That is why it is called holistic healing: considering a person as a whole, not just the physical body and its symptoms.
In their healing journey, people usually fall into only making the symptoms disappear and by that they think they are healing. But like everything in the nature, like a flower won't bloom in a day, the healing process takes time. Any physical symptom is a call from the body for an imbalance that can be rooted in a deeper layer (emotional, mental, spiritual).
To understand better how we can heal deeply using vibrations, it is easier to actually see vibrations' impact thanks to water. As vibrations are invisible to the eye, using few experiences with water help us to imagine how it vibrates within us, as we are mainly made of water.
Therefore I would like to show you 4 experiments.
- The first experiment is from the Japanese pseudoscientist Masaru Emoto. Through different words, musics and frequencies, expressing different emotions, he showed how it would impact water through the formation of water crystals.

This famous experiment shows how vibrations shape the matter, and how we can have a direct impact on it, through our voice and what we say, but also through our intention, even without saying anything. We are vibrational beings, and only through our intention, information is circulating vibrationally.
To understand this concept better, let's explore another experiment that I invite you to replicate at home.
Gather some identical small glass jars and fill them with a combination of uncooked rice (1/3 of the jar) and water (2/3 of the jar). Then, affix labels on each jar: one with a positive message such as "Thank You" or "Love," and another with a negative message like "Hate." You can also include a third jar without any label. Next, place these jars in a dark location for a period of 1 to 2 months. During this time, periodically visit the jars and visualize sending love or hate to the respective jars. You can even verbally express phrases like "I love you" or "I hate you" to the specific jars, even if they are positioned side by side. As for the third jar, it represents indifference and ignorance, so you should simply disregard it and not give it any attention.

- The second experiment comes from the French scientist Luc Montagnier. Together with his team in a laboratory in France, they diluted DNA in water until no traces of DNA remained. They then captured the magnetic wave of the diluted water and encoded this electromagnetic signature, which was sent via email to a laboratory in Italy. In the Italian laboratory, the encoded electromagnetic signature was converted into a sound file, which was then played in test tubes containing distilled water*. We can say they "charged" the water with a vibrational information. Subsequently, they subjected this water to PCR tests, which are commonly used in criminology to reconstruct DNA from fragments. However, since there was no actual DNA present but only the charged water, they did not expect the test to work. Surprisingly, the PCR (chain reaction by polymerase) worked. The DNA was constructed with an accuracy of 98%. This experiment demonstrates two things. Firstly, it highlights the ability of water to capture information (often referred to as the memory of water). Secondly, it shows that invisible vibrations can transmit information just as effectively, if not better, than visible matter. So, imagine listening to a particular vibration instead of taking a pill when you have a headache!
*Distilled water: water that has been boiled into vapor and condensed back into liquid in a separate container. Impurities in the original water that do not boil below or at the boiling point of water remain in the original container. Thus, distilled water is one type of purified water. (Source Byju's)
For more information about this experiment I invite you to check this Youtube video:
- The third experiment, more artistic than scientific, is mostly know as Cymatics or Resonance experiment. Watching the water or the sand shaping itself thanks to the sound is so beautiful, I am sure you will enjoy watching it, and without words needed you will understand why working with vibration is so magical. We can see the sacred geometry, understanding how everything is built upon sacred mathematics. Higher is the frequency, more complexed the shapes get.
In the full mentorship program, we learn next which frequencies to use for which body parts. Want to learn more? Check the full course here.
For now, let's conclude that sound is an amazing tool to work with vibrations:
- to align the body to its most effective initial plan of information flow,
- to cleanse the body from what is blocking the right flow of information,
- to come back to a balance between the different layers of our body (physical, emotional, mental, spiritual),
- to know ourselves better, to empower us and to become our full potential,
- to maintain our well-being.
