You’ll learn how to bring more kindness, awareness, balance, and love into your life—one breath, one choice, one day at a time. This experience is open to both men and women. It is not about reciting the traditional beracha (blessing), but about simple, meaningful inner work—a blend of Jewish mindfulness, soul-centered reflection, and gentle embodiment practices.
