The Omer Experience A 49-Day Journey of Inner Refinement and Spiritual Embodiment The Omer Experience is a daily journey of mindfulness, reflection, and gentle transformation. Rooted in Jewish tradition and inspired mainly by Rav Moshe Cordovero’s timeless work Tomer Devorah, this program guides you through the 49 days between Passover and Shavuot—step by step, heart by heart. Each day explores one of the 49 combinations of the Sefirot—Divine attributes that live within us—through a short meditation, a reflective question, or a small act of presence. You’ll learn how to bring more kindness, awareness, balance, and love into your life—one breath, one choice, one day at a time. This experience is open to both men and women. It is not about reciting the traditional beracha (blessing), but about simple, meaningful inner work—a blend of Jewish mindfulness, soul-centered reflection, and gentle embodiment practices.
